There are three restaurants in the hotel:
La Fougere
An alive and relaxed place where the dishes take all the accents of the world. "The Fern" offers you an ideal moment of relaxation and proposes a different dress theme each Sunday evening.
Le Cellier
"The Storeroom" is a rare and exclusive place where the names of the greatest French vintages resound. A place par excellence to discover or rediscover the pleasures of wine, The Storeroom is also a classy setting for your reception or cocktail.
La Taverne
A restaurant of luxury and prestige; a kitchen of exception; a service of class: The Tavern has all the ingredients to offer a privileged experience in the heart of the city.
There are also two bars and a tearoom:
Le Cafe, with its friendly atmosphere is the capital's popular meeting place.
Le Club offers a large choice of cocktails and whisky, amidst a cosy rosewood and leather setting.
The tearoom offers a large choice of exquisite pastries and ice creams.
Casino:
The casino is set up in two rooms that are equipped with 72 gambling machines, multi-games, and progressive jackpot. Opening hours are from 10 am to 3 am.
Balneotherapy Centre
For your health and wellbeing, Hotel Colbert offers 1200 m² surface of indoor heated swimming pool, steam bath, Finnish sauna, relaxing musicotherapy room, cardio-fitness facilities and various body cares (massages, body wrapping, balneotherapy).
There are two special fitness spaces. The cardio-fitness space has motorised running carpets, rower, stepper and cardio-training cycle. In the other fitness space, a private trainer offers a specific programme adapted to your physical condition. It is only for adults.
There is a spa, hammam and various other facilities to enable you to have a very pleasant stay.

If you have day use (special rates), you must leave the hotel by 6 pm. If checking out later than this, you will be charged full price.

- In case of cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
- In case of cancellations within 30 days of arrival, or no-shows, the full amount is forfeited.
- Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require 100% deposit to confirm.
- Bookings made more than 30 days in advance of arrival require 20% deposit to confirm.
- Full payment (the remaining 80%) will be taken at 30 days prior to arrival.
